Partner Terms
The simple rules of the FireRoofs Partner Program.
1. Joining
Anyone who works with homeowners in wildfire areas can join. When you sign up and confirm your email, you get a personal referral link, a QR code and a FireRoofs logo badge.
You are an independent partner. You are not an employee, agent or representative of FireRoofs, and you may not make promises or sign anything on our behalf.
2. How a referral is credited
A referral counts when a homeowner reaches us through your link or QR code, your referral form, an email intro that copies our sales team, or a call or text where you are named.
The first partner to refer a homeowner gets the credit. If the homeowner was already talking with FireRoofs, or another partner referred them first, no reward is owed. We will tell you if that happens.
3. Rewards
A reward is earned only when your referred client signs with FireRoofs and the project is complete and paid in full. Leads that do not sign do not earn a reward.
You can choose a referral fee to you, a credit off your client's project, a donation in your company's name to a local Fire Safe Council or Firewise community, or a two-way trade where we send you work. You do not need to choose when you join. We will ask when your first client signs.
If your profession or employer does not allow you to accept referral fees, choose a client credit or a donation. It is your responsibility to follow the rules that apply to you. We may ask for tax forms before sending a referral fee.
4. Two-way referrals
FireRoofs handles home hardening, automatic exterior wildfire sprinklers and insurance-ready documentation. We refer out the rest to other contractors and supply pros. When we send you a client, the work and the agreement are between you and that homeowner.
5. Using the FireRoofs name
You may share your link, QR code and logo badge on your website, emails, business cards, flyers and social media. Please describe FireRoofs accurately.
Do not run paid ads using the FireRoofs name or logo, and do not change the logo badge, without our written approval.
6. Directory listing
Every partner can be listed in our partner directory with a link to their website. We review listings before they go live and may edit or remove a listing at any time.
7. Privacy
Only refer homeowners who are happy for us to contact them. We use the details you send only to reach out to your client and to keep you updated on their progress.
8. Changes and ending the partnership
Either side can end the partnership at any time. Rewards already earned on completed projects will still be honored. We may update these terms, and we will email partners about any important change.
