Questions We Hear Most
Our installation teams live and work in the Bay Area, and the majority of our projects are within about 60 miles of San Jose. That said, we have installed exterior wildfire sprinkler systems outside the area for special projects. We are expanding rapidly to cover more of Northern California as our crew capacity grows. If you are looking for home wildfire protection in Northern California, send us a message and we will let you know what we can do.
Yes. Not every property needs full automation. We install professionally built manual exterior sprinkler systems that you activate with a switch or valve before you evacuate. The sprinklers, piping, and nozzle placement are identical to our automated wildfire defense setups. The only difference is the trigger. Our licensed contractors handle the entire installation so you get a reliable, code-compliant wildfire sprinkler system without the DIY guesswork.
If you still have coverage with a standard carrier, a professionally installed exterior wildfire sprinkler system can support additional mitigation discounts on your wildfire insurance. If you have been moved to the FAIR Plan, we provide evidence packets documenting every component of your system along with other property-level mitigation. Homeowners have used these packets to demonstrate reduced wildfire risk and get reinsured with standard carriers again.
