FireRoofs Text Messages
FireRoofs sends text messages through two programs: Wildfire Alerts and Appointment Texts.
Wildfire Alerts
FireRoofs clients with an installed system who opt in receive texts about wildfire threats near their home, sprinkler activations, and system status. Clients opt in by checking Text alerts in the FireRoofs app at sign up or turning on Text Alerts in Settings.
Appointment Texts
Homeowners who request a consultation on fireroofs.com and check the optional text box receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
Frequency, Opt Out, and Help
We never send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 831-705-0888 or email [email protected]. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
