FireRoofs LLC provides custom-engineered exterior wildfire defense systems for residential properties in the Bay Area and Santa Cruz Mountains. Our services include:

• Free property evaluations and wildfire risk assessments
• Custom system design and engineering
• Professional installation of exterior sprinkler systems, detection sensors, control panels, and related components
• System commissioning, testing, and homeowner training
• Optional annual maintenance and service plans

All installations are performed under the supervision of a licensed California General Contractor. Specific system components, coverage areas, and capabilities vary by property and are detailed in individual project proposals and contracts.

3. No Guarantee of Fire Prevention

FireRoofs wildfire defense systems are designed to significantly reduce the risk of structural damage from wildfire. However, no wildfire defense system can guarantee complete protection against all fire scenarios.

FireRoofs LLC does not guarantee that any installed system will prevent fire damage, stop a wildfire from reaching your property, or eliminate all risk of structural loss. Wildfire behavior is unpredictable and influenced by factors including wind speed, terrain, fuel load, ember transport, and conditions beyond human control. Our systems are engineered to improve your property's survivability during a wildfire event, but they are not a replacement for evacuation when ordered by authorities.

4. Homeowner Responsibilities

As a FireRoofs system owner, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining adequate water supply and pressure for system operation
• Keeping sprinkler heads, sensors, and system components clear of debris and obstructions
• Reporting any system malfunctions or damage promptly
• Following all evacuation orders issued by local authorities, regardless of system status
• Maintaining defensible space around your property as recommended by CAL FIRE guidelines
• Ensuring internet and power connections remain operational for system communication

Failure to maintain the system or follow these responsibilities may affect system performance and could void applicable warranties.

5. Installation and Warranty

Each FireRoofs installation is covered by the warranty terms specified in your individual project contract. Warranty coverage typically includes defects in workmanship and installed components for a defined period from the date of system commissioning.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of nature, improper use, unauthorized modifications, failure to maintain the system, or normal wear and tear. Specific warranty terms, duration, and exclusions are detailed in your project agreement.
