Fill out the form below and accept the partner terms. Once approved, you get your personal referral link and QR code.
Share it
Send homeowners to your link, mention us in conversation, or just email us their name. We handle the evaluation, proposal, and installation.
Get paid
When your referral's project is complete and paid, we pay you within 15 days. You get status emails the whole way.
What you earn
Flat fee per signed project, paid after the project completes. No caps, no monthly minimums.
Projects typically run 1 to 3 months from signed contract to completion. We pay within 15 days of final payment, and you get status emails the whole way.
We send work back
FireRoofs focuses on automated exterior sprinkler systems. Assessments, defensible space, vent retrofits, and hardening work stay with our partners.
Every approved partner gets a listing in the FireRoofs Partner Directory with your logo, photo, description, service areas, phone, and a link to your website. When our customers need the work you do, we send them to the directory and to you directly.
In return, partners add a FireRoofs listing to their own website. We provide the logo and a ready-to-paste block.
How we handle the work you do
FireRoofs installs complete wildfire defense, and on full projects that includes hardening details tied to the system. But we refer out, every time:
- Professional risk assessments
- Hardening-only projects (vents, fencing, or upgrades without a sprinkler system)
- Defensible space and vegetation work
- Siding and roofing replacement
On any project you refer to us, the assessment and hardening scope stays yours: we install the sprinkler system and route hardening needs back to you. Your referrals stay your clients.

We email you when your referral books an evaluation, gets a proposal, signs, and when your payment is on the way. No guessing, no chasing.
The fine print, in plain English
- You refer homeowners only. You do not quote, price, or represent FireRoofs.
- Fee is earned only when the project is complete and paid. Paid within 15 days.
- First touch wins. If the homeowner is already in our pipeline, no fee is owed.
- Attribution window: 180 days. One fee per household.
- W-9 is requested when a referral signs (not at signup). Required before payment.
- No paid ads using the FireRoofs name or logo without written approval.
- Either side can end the partnership with 30 days written notice. Earned fees are still paid.
