What the Homeowner Wanted

The homeowner wanted full perimeter protection for a large estate on a hilltop in Saratoga, exposed to upslope fire risk on three sides. Insurance renewal was contingent on documented wildfire mitigation.

What FireRoofs Designed

FireRoofs designed a Fortress-tier system with roof and perimeter sprinklers, Class A foam injection, and automatic switchover to a 20,000-gallon pool backup. Copper piping was color-matched to the house and roofline. Cameras were positioned to cover the upslope vegetation and access road.

What Was Documented for Insurance

The evidence packet included before-and-after photos, zone coverage maps, water supply documentation, and a CDI Regulation 2644.9 alignment matrix. The insurer received a complete package covering applicable Safer from Wildfires categories.
