Every system is custom-engineered per property and installed by a licensed California General Contractor.

FireRoofs serves homeowners in Very High and High Fire Hazard Severity Zones across Santa Clara, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, and Santa Cruz counties. The company offers three system tiers: Keystone (roof defense), Guardian (full perimeter with dual detection), and Fortress (maximum protection with Class A foam). ## FireRoofs Mobile App

Every FireRoofs system includes the FireRoofs mobile app, giving homeowners full remote control and real-time monitoring of their wildfire defense system from anywhere.

App features:
- Sensor Dashboard: Real-time readings for air quality, gas detection, temperature, humidity, altitude, barometric pressure, and water flow rate. Sprinkler status with on/off toggle. Status indicator showing "Everything Normal" or active threat level.
- Map and Fire Alerts: Live wildfire incident map powered by WFIGS (Wildland Fire Interagency Geospatial Services) data showing active fires within the monitoring radius. Push notifications for wildfire threats detected within 5 miles of the property.
- Controls: Manual system activation and cancellation from anywhere in the world. Individual zone triggering for testing. Cancel window during automated pre-wetting allows homeowners to override if threat is not confirmed.
- Live Camera Feeds: Real-time video from on-property cameras with intelligent fire detection. Cameras detect wildfire threats on or near the property as part of the dual wildfire detection system.
- Data Log: Timestamped event history showing fire detection events, system activations, sensor readings, and status changes. Full audit trail for insurance documentation.
- Settings: Plan and billing management, test notification controls with test threat simulation, and test mode toggle for system verification.
- Threat Level Notifications: Multi-stage automated alerts with threat level, location, and system status. Alerts work via satellite connectivity (Starlink recommended) even when grid power, local internet, and cell service are all down.
- Autonomous Operation: The system activates and defends the property automatically even when the homeowner has evacuated. The app provides visibility into system status remotely but the system does not depend on the app to function.
