# FireRoofs

> FireRoofs is a San Francisco Bay Area wildfire defense company that designs and installs custom automated exterior wildfire defense systems for homes in Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) communities. Founded in February 2025, headquartered in Scotts Valley, California. FireRoofs covers all 9 Bay Area counties: Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Cruz, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano.

FireRoofs offers three system tiers — Keystone (roof sprinklers), Guardian (full perimeter with dual detection), and Fortress (adds Class A foam injection). Each installation includes a carrier-ready insurance evidence packet documenting all mitigation work for CDI Regulation 2644.9 compliance. FireRoofs also provides home hardening services: defensible space management, fire-retardant treatments, noncombustible fencing, and Zone 0 ember-resistant upgrades.
