Automated Wildfire Roof Sprinklers
- Roof sprinklers with extended coverage past the roofline
- Commercial-grade copper piping throughout
- Smart controller with FireRoofs app connection
- Manual activation from your phone, anywhere
- System automation via regional satellite wildfire monitoring
- Automated pre-wetting triggered by satellite detection with homeowner cancel window
Guardian
Full Perimeter Defense with Dual Wildfire Detection
Ultimate Home Wildfire Protection
Everything in Keystone, plus:
- Eave sprinklers protecting Zone Zero, walls, and windows from radiant heat
- Cameras with intelligent fire detection and sensors mounted on your home
- Dual wildfire detection: regional satellite wildfire monitoring combined with on-property camera detection
- Three-level automated threat activation with homeowner cancel window
Fortress
Maximum Protection with Class A Foam
Advanced Wildfire Sprinkler System
Everything in Guardian, plus:
- Class A foam injection system for roof and eave sprinklers during highest threat activation
- Foam clings to surfaces, holds moisture longer than water alone, and creates a fire-resistant barrier on the roof, eaves, and walls
- Class A foam is the same formulation used by wildland fire agencies. 100% biodegradable, non-toxic to plants, pets, and wildlife, rinses off through sprinklers

Modular Upgrades for Any Tier
Every property has different water supply, pressure, and landscape conditions. These add-ons extend any system's capability without swapping the core.
Perimeter Sprinklers
Ground-level sprinklers protecting vegetation and landscape surrounding your property, including hillsides leading to the home. Mounted along your fence line to saturate the surrounding defensible space.
Class A Foam Injection
Available as an add-on for Keystone or Guardian. Adds foam injection to your highest threat response. Recommended when water supply is limited or maximum surface protection is the goal.
Backup Pool Connection
Connects your swimming pool as an independent water source. Automatic switchover when municipal pressure drops. Runtime depends on pool size and system configuration.
Water Storage Tank Connection
For properties without a pool. Dedicated water storage tanks provide the same independent supply capability. We size the tank to your system’s flow requirements and available space.
Booster Pump
Increases water pressure for properties where municipal or well supply falls below optimal levels. Ensures consistent sprinkler coverage across all zones, especially on steep lots or large properties with long pipe runs.
Beyond Sprinklers. Every Mitigation Category Addressed.
California's Safer from Wildfires regulation identifies 12 mitigation categories that insurers must recognize when pricing your policy. FireRoofs addresses all of these categories. You get one company managing the entire scope, one project timeline, and one documentation package at the end.
Every phase is documented. Even partial mitigation earns immediate discounts when properly documented.
Noncombustible Fencing
We remove wood fencing within 5 feet of your structure and replace it with metal or masonry. Eliminates the fence-to-structure flame path that causes rapid fire spread. Installed by our licensed General Contractor crew.
Learn MoreVegetation Fire Retardant Treatment
Professional application of non-toxic fire retardant to plants, shrubs, and trees around your property. Creates a chemical barrier that slows ignition.
Learn MoreZone Zero Landscape Hardening
We replace combustible groundcover within 5 feet of your structure with gravel, pavers, or noncombustible mulch. This is the single most important defensible space zone for ember protection.
Defensible Space Clearance (Zones 1 and 2)
Vegetation thinning, ladder fuel removal, and dead material clearance out to 100 feet from your structure. Required under PRC 4291 and enforced by CAL FIRE and local fire agencies.
Ember-Resistant Vents
We replace standard attic and foundation vents with ember-resistant models. Box in open eaves with fiber cement or equivalent. No exposed wood in the eave line. Installed by our licensed General Contractor crew.
Exterior Wall Cladding
Replace combustible siding (wood, vinyl) with fiber cement, stucco, or equivalent ignition-resistant material. Reduces radiant heat ignition risk across the full wall surface.
Here is what most homeowners miss: even partial mitigation documented properly earns immediate discounts. You do not need to wait until everything is done to start submitting documentation to your carrier. FireRoofs documents every phase of work as it is completed. Each completed category is mapped to California's Regulation 2644.9 and formatted for immediate carrier submission. When the full project is complete, you receive the comprehensive carrier-ready evidence packet that covers everything.

We start by understanding your insurance situation. Then we walk your entire property and assess slope, vegetation, roof material, water supply, wind exposure, fencing, vents, eaves, cladding, and defensible space. Based on your carrier's priorities and your timeline, we recommend the highest-impact work first. No commitment required.
Common Questions
What is the difference between active defense and home hardening?
Active defense is the automated sprinkler system that detects fire and saturates your property with water (and optional foam) before flames arrive. Home hardening is the physical upgrading of your home's materials and surroundings to resist ignition from embers and radiant heat. FireRoofs provides both under one scope of work.
Does FireRoofs do all the work directly?
Yes. FireRoofs handles the full scope: sprinkler systems, noncombustible fencing, ember-resistant vents, exterior cladding, Zone Zero hardening, defensible space clearance, fire-retardant application, and more. Every project is managed by our team from start to finish under one licensed General Contractor.
What is included in the evidence packet?
A complete documentation package including system specs, commissioning test results, regulatory alignment matrix, IBHS comparison, licensed contractor verification, and photo/video records. Designed for direct submission to insurers, brokers, or underwriters.
